Problem to register
Hi, I've been trying to register several times but still get an "invalide e-mail address detected" message.
I disabled the firewall thinking it might help but it didn't.
Any idea what could be the reason?

It may be a localization issue causing the email address to not be seen as 'valid'.

I have the same problem. The software always said "invalide e-mail address detected". Pleas help.
This problem appears to be caused by a localization setting when the decimal symbol is set to Comma (,) rather than Point (.)
Please try the following:
- Open the Control Panel
- Click on Region
- Click on the Additional Settings... button
- Change the Decimal symbol from "," to "."
- Click OK and open Video GeoTagger
- Complete the registration - your e-mail address should now be recognized
- After registering you can change the Decimal symbol back to what you prefer
