I am trying to register Video Geotagger Free edition but get an error "Registration server communication failed"
This problem can be caused by port 7777 being blocked. It may need to be unblocked at your router or firewall.

Have a similar problem: "invalid e-mail-address detected" when registering on first start of the program...

The registration server was temporarily down for maintenance which may have been causing problems with registration.

It might be having trouble parsing your email address. I have generated a registration code and sent it to the email address you used to register for these forums as a workaround, please let us know if you still experience any problems registering the software.

I am trying to register Video Geotagger Free edition but get an error "Registration server communication failed" as well even though I unblock at my firewall. What else could be solutions?
I'm trying to register the geotagger free edition but after every attempt i get "An invalid serial number was returned from the registration server." Can someone help me with this issue?

I'm sorry I didn't receive your initial reply, but the error occurs when i submit my information to acquire the license code. I attempted the same thing on my personal computer with the same results. Not sure where things are going wrong
Hi. I suggest installed Video geotagger free version for the first time and it gives me an error "You license file appears to be corrupt..." but I haven't even registered anything. The program will not proceed after that

@remotegeo Sir, After installing Video GeoTagger Free version. I'm facing a problem in registration. After filling all the columns in registration toolbox and select "register" option after few seconds a new bar "Invalid mail address detected". the mail id I filled in the column is correct. Here i include the the toolbox which is shown in that time

@remotegeo Sir, I tried too many times on that day. yesterday also I have tried. But yesterday " Incorrect serial number" comes after the registration for a license.
