I am trying to open video files captured with a DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise. They have .SRT files in the same folder but all I get is "Failed to load video, please try again". Everything we shot with our Matrice 210 RTK works perfectly, but I can even open the mavic files. I am on the clock with a client. Is there a quick fix? Thank you

Sorry you are having trouble. Video GeoTagger should support the DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise .SRT files unless something has changed recently. Maybe as a first step could you go to the HELP menu and then "Email Program Logs" and maybe we will see some clues there. Also if you could send a .SRT file your having trouble with to support@remotegeo.com we can see if there is any issue with the data format.

Thanks for sending the .SRT files and alerting us to the new change in format. Video GeoTagger PRO (build 29.7) has been updated to support the new DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise .SRT file format as well. We will send you the download link to the email we have on file.
