Error when trying to register the Video geotagger PRO in another PC

Hello, I am trying to install the software on my new workstation (in order to perform faster the work I need) but I it does not let me register it.

Please guide me on the way that I can register the application. Right now it is registered on my old laptop, which makes my work very difficult.

Hello @krodevelop - Please send us an email to support@remotegeo.com and we can help you move it to the new PC and disable it for the old one.

Please include your full name, email and license code if you have it available.

For reference, license codes are good for one PC at a time which is why you are getting the registration message as it is currently already registered.

Hi there, we need to transfer the license code to another PC. I have the license code that we have installed and the other data. Do I need to send it from the e-mail that we performed the registration? or can I send it from my personal e-mail (I need to use the software on my home PC due to CONVID-19)?
