Can't Parse DJI Log (.txt) File
I have attempted to parse at least 6 DJI Log Files from an Inspire 2 and continuously get the same error: An error occurred when parsing the DJI Log File. Please try again.
These log files play back fine in DJI Go 4, Airdata, etc. I can convert them to GPX fine and view them in Google Earth, etc. I am using the FREE version of Video Geo Tagger to see if it fits my needs before committing to PRO but thought the FREE versions still permits geotagging videos. Captioning was not turned on for these flights so am trying to geotag them using the flight logs.

Yes - Video GeoTagger FREE should let you parse the DJI Flight Record Log TXT files. We are looking into this now. In the meantime, could you please go to the help Menu and Email Program Logs?

On 4/8 I emailed the Program Logs as requested. Did you receive them and if so, do you have any ideas as to why Video GeoTagger is not able to parse the DJI Log files?
I believe I am experiencing the same issue but with LineVision Desktop Ultimate. I am testing the Ultimate 7 day trial software. When I attempt to load in a Video in the GeoTagger tab with its companion .txt file, I get the error that says it unable to read the GPS data in my .txt file. I attached an image below. The .txt file came from a DJI Mavic Air. I've tried multiple .txt files from multiple DJI Mavic Airs. Any ideas on this? Is this a known global issue or specific to me?
After some digging it looks our team has identified this issue began showing up after a Microsoft Windows update changed the way some permissions are being handled in the background. Its seems to be affecting most of our software with the DJI Flight Record Log TXT parsing/geotagging feature.
We are working of a fix now and will be rolling out new builds of our affected software version as soon as possible.
