Hi everybody,

We're evaluating Geotagger Pro and having some issues.

1. Points are not visible on the map when we manually add them.

2. When we're trying to load a shapefile, it throws an error message that the "Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 provider is not registered on the local machine". We are using Win 10.

Thanks and we're looking forward for some advice.

Hello - This is usually because the Office Systems driver was not installed.

If the software is already installed, you can install this under the Help menu > Launch Supplemental Installer.
