Blank Registration Screen on First Startup

The registrations screen is blank (white) on startup after installing LineVision Desktop Ultimate for the first time. I can click on the white area and find the button for the license agreement. The pointer changes to text entry when over the box for the license code. I cannot find the check button for selecting acceptance of the license agreement.

Any ideas? It seems like it must be an issue with the browser used for the window content.
