Is my DJI Mavic video geotagged?

I really need some help.
I´m trying to use video geotagger to try the software with my private flights of my recently purchased Mavic 2
The vid plays in the application but no map. Each time I click to open an mp4 file I get an error message about the gps data file. The exact error message is:
An error occured when loading the video.
The error was:
Unable to read Gps information from the Gps data file
I have the mp4 and srt files on the same folder and they have the same names.
What else could be wrong? Maybe Mavic 2 has a different srt file format then the other mavic units?

Hello
The Mavic 2 is a relatively new model so it is possible that DJI may have made changes to the SRT format that we are not aware of. If you could attach a sample SRT file for us to examine it would be appreciated, or send it via e-mail to support@remotegeo.com
It could also be a localization issue causing the GPS information to not load properly, please try the steps here to see if this works around the problem.
