NOTE: The launch process is similar for several of the different Remote GeoSystems desktop-based software versions and editions. This incudes Video GeoTagger, Video GeoEditor, LineVision Desktop & LineVision Google Earth.
After installation, the software can be launched in two ways, either via the shortcut on Windows desktop or via the Start Menu.
Launch from Windows Desktop Shortcut #
During the installation process, there is an option to add a shortcut to the software to the Windows desktop. If this is the case, you should see an icon similar to the one below. Double click to launch the software.
Launch from Windows Start Menu #
The installer will also place a Remote GeoSystems folder inside the Windows Start menu with a shortcut to the installed edition(s) of the software. To access the Windows Start menu click on the Windows icon on the left side of the Windows toolbar. Then click on the software you would like to launch.
