Admin Interface

Overview #

The Admin interface allows users to manage groups and team members. This includes adding and removing team members, changing their permissions, and adding and removing team members from groups. Users can also change and update sign-in and background images. The ability for a user to make these changes depends on their own permission level.

Manage Team Users #

This button allows the administrator to search for existing members and change their permissions from Viewer to Administrator. Users can also be removed using the trash can “delete” button. Users that are already designated as Administrators cannot be downgraded to Viewers, and cannot be deleted.

Manage Groups #

Administrators can create and manage groups. Groups can have different viewing and editing permissions. For example, an admin could create a group with only stakeholders for a project who need to view the data but do not need to edit.

Create Group #

Under the Manage Groups tab, highlight Create Group and enter a group name, then click Save. This will bring up a module that allows the admin to fill in details for the group.

Enter a new group name in the box.

Add members to the group. Under Team Members, scroll and find the team members you’d like to add, or search for members in the search box.

Search for team members to add to the group.

Choose the role and click “Add Selected” for each person as they are added to the group.

For each user, choose the permission level.

Once a user has been added to the group, they will appear under the Group Members heading with their role next to their email address. Remove a group member by clicking the “delete” trash can. In order to change a group member’s role, remove and re-add the group member.

Once users ae added to the group, they will be populated under the Group Members heading.
